Product availability
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched within 2 working days provided payment is validated/received.
Should the item(s) purchased not be in stock you will be notified and offered a suitable alternative item, back order or a full refund.

While we always do our outmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you and provide a revised shipping schedule.

HAIRHQ does not accept liability for any product purchased which does not meet your expectation or any damage which a product may cause.

Product Guarantee / Warranty
If your product is faulty please contact us immediately. We will advise you if you should return the product to ourselves or if you should contact the South African agents for the product(s) you purchased direct.

GHD purchases need to be registered with GHD ( and for returns due to faulty items please call the GHD Customer Service line on 086 010 9366

We offer free delivery within South Africa on all orders over R800. For orders less than R800 we charge a flat rate R70 delivery fee.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivery times are estimated at between 2-5 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.

We make use of The Courier Guy’s door to door delivery service and you will be sent a tracking number once your goods are dispatched in order for you to track the status of your delivery.

Orders dispatched are fully insured and in the event of an order being lost a replacement order will be dispatched.

Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided and the goods have been signed for.

If an item is out of stock you will be notified and offered a suitable alternative item, back order or a full refund.

While we always do our outmost to get your order to you as quickly as possible sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you and provide a revised delivery schedule. We will not be held liable for any failure to deliver item(s) purchased as per the delivery times estimated above.

We do not currently deliver outside of South Africa.

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Return/Refund Policy
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on your purchase. Simply return goods not wanted to us within 14 days of receiving the goods for a refund. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase.

Goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched, complete with undamaged packaging, any accompanying documentation and must be undamaged in any way.

We will not refund or exchange items which have been used and/or registered with manufacturers. We will also not refund or exchange hair extensions sets that have been removed from their box due to quality and hygiene purposes.

If goods are returned you will be refunded the amount you paid less the original delivery cost. If goods are returned and exchanged you will be refunded any price difference and will be charged for the return delivery.

We recommend that you use the Courier Guy’s door to door delivery service when returning any goods. We will not be held liable for goods getting lost when returned, if goods are lost when being returned to us then no refund or return will be considered.

Hair Headquarters Pty Ltd endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products; you’re total order price will include the price of the purchase, any applicable

The company registration documents and the site’s registered domain name are checked and verified by Thawte (a public Certificate Authority), ensuring the cardholder and merchant that nobody can impersonate VCS to obtain confidential information.

Virtual Card Services is committed to providing secure online services. All encryption complies with international standards. Encryption is used to protect the transmission of personal information when completing online transactions. Virtual Card Services Internet servers are protected by firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

This website is 3D Secure. 3DSecure is a bank requirement for all eCommerce merchants and the bank registers the merchants with MasterCard/Visa International.

Bank Security Information - Banks carry out their own security checks on transactions presented for authorisation and settlement. These include checks for lost cards, stolen cards, attempted fraud, hot cards etc. The verification, authorisation and settlement is handled between the merchants bank and the cardholders bank.
